Senior Sales Manager - MICE & Leisure

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective business, marketing and sales plans
• Direct sales activities of the hotel to achieve budgeted goals
• Visit potential clients to establish business opportunity and drive revenue
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
• Support hotels service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience
• Attend major travel functions and promotional events (i.e. trade shows) and promote sales (rooms, other facilities and services) for the hotel
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree/ Higher Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years hotel room sales experience
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
