About the role:
We’re looking for a polished, detail-driven, and people-forward Event Planning Executive to bring our members’ experiences to life through exceptional event planning and delivery. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the Event Planning team, managing the end-to-end coordination of member events—from initial enquiry through to flawless execution—while ensuring a highly personalised and seamless experience.
What you will do:
- Manage end-to-end event planning and execution for members, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional experiences
- Act as a key contact for members, providing expert guidance and tailored event recommendations
- Develop event proposals, including concepts, budgets, and timelines for complex or high-profile events
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver well-executed and high-quality events
- Oversee event logistics and on-site operations, ensuring smooth setup, guest experience, and service delivery
- Build strong member relationships, handle feedback, and support continuous improvement of event experiences
What you need to have:
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to independently manage multiple events end-to-end
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Confident, personable, and service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solution-focused in dynamic event environments
- Relevant experience in event planning or hospitality, with a collaborative team mindset
