(Senior) Guest Services Officer (5-Day Work Week)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all Front Desk duties
  • Handle all arrival and departure records, bookings and registration
  • Provide frontline services at reception counter with a ready to serve attitude and smiling face

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud System is preferred
  • Good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Guest Services Officer
