Presently, we are looking for high-caliber candidates for the positions of:

Duty Manager / Night Manager / Assistant Front Office Manager (5-day Work)

Job Duties:

• to oversee and ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office Department
• Maintain service standard and achieve maximum guest satisfaction
• Build up and maintain good relationship with hotel guests
• Provide on-the job training to new colleagues and multi-tasking ability
• Handle guest enquiries and emergency cases

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of English and Chinese
