Assistant Manager/ Manager – Remittance Services Team, Operations Centre

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure daily operations are up and running by managing different kind of transaction such as Inward, Outward and Intermediary remittance transactions to be processed before payment cut-off time

  • Handles different kind of enquiries from internal stakeholders/customers related to remittance transactions

  • Review and enhance the operational procedures to improve the efficiency and controls to key processes.

  • Identify process loopholes and respective control prototypes to mitigate operational and compliance risks.

  • Support the Manager/Team Head to handle daily operations (remittance and telecommunication) and to ensure fully compliance with rules and regulations stipulated in operational manuals, guideline and policy

  • With the use of data analysis, to generate and prepare management reporting.

  • Participate in different projects and business initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder

  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experiences in remittance and payment

  • Strong analytical abilities, good time-management, able to perform agile and multi-tasking and not hesitate to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Possess change mindset with cautious to risk and compliance issues

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including fluency in Mandarin

  • Good PC knowledge, Python and VBA skill would be a plus
