Handle general building repair, daily maintenance and fit-out projects of a mixed property portfolio of office, industrial, residential, commercial and retail shops
Supervise the contractors on site and check quality and progress of works, to ensure quality workmanship and output
Handle emergency cases including breakdown of essential building services system and Ad-hoc projects
Any other works as directed by Manager, Projects & Building Services Department from time to time
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Facilities Management
3 years' relevant experience in Property management or maintenance & facilities operation
Registered Electrical Worker License “A” Holder or above
Proficient in AutoCAD and Buildings Ordinance
Good command in computer skills, speaking and writing English and Chinese
Proactive, good time management and ability to work independently and handle multi-task
Knowledge of Minor Works System, green building design and green products are an advantage
