Financial Planner - Holistic Wealth & Investment (SFC Platform)

We are looking for driven Fresh Graduates to join our Wealth Management Trainee Programme. We will equip you with the knowledge, licenses, and business development skills to build your own client portfolio from scratch.

Your Role & Responsibilities (What you will do):

Client Consultation & Relationship Management: Act as a dedicated financial partner to clients. Understand their life goals, risk tolerance, and current financial health.

Holistic Wealth & Risk Planning: Design customized wealth management strategies. This includes risk mitigation (Life, Medical & General Insurance) and long-term wealth accumulation.

Investment Advisory: Leverage our SFC-licensed platform to provide objective advice on asset allocation, market trends, and investment portfolios tailored to clients' needs.

Business Development: Actively build and expand your professional network and client base with the strategic guidance and support of our experienced mentors.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with global financial markets, medical advancements, and wealth preservation trends.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):

Degree or Diploma holder in any discipline (Fresh Graduates and Final-year students are highly welcomed).

Entrepreneurial Mindset: Highly self-motivated, eager to learn, and driven by results rather than a fixed base salary.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Willingness to obtain required professional licenses (IIQE & SFC) – we will provide full training!

Fluency in Cantonese; Mandarin is a strong plus.

Candidates must hold a valid HKID and be permitted to work in Hong Kong.
