Write and edit digital content, including copy for user experience (UX) design, microcopy and instructional text in English, Traditional and Simplified Chinese that guides users through our digital products
Ensure consistency and clarity of language across different platforms, including website, mobile app and other digital interfaces
Contribute to the development and maintenance of content style guides, shape and adopt the Hang Seng tone of voice
Collaborate with UX designers and researchers to provide concise copy on wireframes for usability testing
Participate in user testing and iterate on copy based on user feedback and data insights
Quality control and assurance on own and teams’ work, including peer review as required
Work across multiple projects at the same time and prioritise effectively
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Interaction Design, English, Communications, Journalism or a related discipline
4+ years of experience in copy editing and/or copywriting, preferably with a focus in UX writing and in FinTech industry
Excellent command of written Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and English
Ability to simplify detailed and complex requirements into concise digital copy that fits well within the UI elements
Understanding of UX and digital design best practices
Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas and solutions to stakeholders
Strong relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities
Passionate in AI and its evolving landscape to drive adoption of new technology into workflow.
Working knowledge in UI/UX Software (Sketch, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, etc.)
Passionate about all things UI/UX and other areas of design and innovation
Good time management and prioritisation of projects and tasks
Understanding of agile / scrum methodology
Strong online portfolio available for viewing
Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
