Works Supervisor - Building Services (CE/WS(BS)-ARFSAD)

The Job:
The incumbent will be responsible for inspecting for dealing with all matters related to BS / E&M services installations and assist and support the Building Services Inspector in monitoring the site work progress and standard of workmanship of the BS / E&M services installations works


Requirements: 

• Certificate in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; and

• At least five (5) years' experience as a skilled worker in the field of Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; or

• Successfully completed a recognized Technician Apprenticeship in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; and

• Attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Language equivalent to Form 3 standard; and

• Three (3) years relevant post-qualification experience of site supervision of building services and E&M installations;

• Attendance of the following safety training is an advantage:

  • Safety and Health Supervisor (Construction) Course;

  • Basic Accident Prevention Course;

  • Construction Industry Safety Card Course (Green Card); and

  • Certified Worker Training Course for Confined Spaces.
