Customer Service Officer (Global Banking)

Taipei Fubon Commercial Bank Co., Ltd

Responsibilities:

  • Manage in-coming facsimile instructions and liaise with customers to confirm the trade transactions;
  • Provide quality service supports to customers and liaise with other business units on customer inquires related issues;  
  • Perform administrative duties (e.g. dealing with transactions documents);
  • Provide any other administrative / clerical supports as assigned.

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Banking / Finance or related discipline;
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in Banking / Financial services industry;
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (fluent in Mandarin is preferred);
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred.
