Commis (Indian Section)

Job Duties:

  • Follow up the daily operation production
  • Check food temperatures and presentation
  • Implement controls to minimize food and supplies' wastage
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen at all times
  • Familiar with all kitchen equipment and operate properly in accordance with the safety guidelines
  • Maintain a clear record of inventory in accordance with hygiene standard 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in hotel/ club/ hospitality industry.
  • Experience in Indian Cuisine is a must.
  • Self-motivated, Dependable and Detail-oriented.
  • Able and willing to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • A good team player with strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Immediate availability will be an advantage.
