Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of bills processors to perform bill transactions.
  • Ensure daily bill transactions are conducted smoothly and complied with internal procedures and legal requirement.
  • Liaise with customers, business units and other departments to provide operational and professional bill advice.
  • Customer-oriented attitude is required to provide efficient and timely services to customers.
  • Handle other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
  • Minimum 5 years' solid managerial experience, preferably in bills area in banking industry
  • CDCS holder is preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with positive work attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of both English and Chinese with ability to communicate in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
