Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the Stewarding Department, including supervision of cleaning processes, stock control and maintenance of health, safety and hygiene in the Hotel;
• Manage staff roster, train and develop to the Hotel standard;
• Perform other special duties as assigned by the Management.
• 監督管事部日常運作，包括監督清潔程序、控制存貨及維持酒店內的健康、安全和衛生標準
• 編制管事部員工的上班時間表，並安排培訓，以確保工作表現達至酒店標準
• 履行管理層分配的其他工作

Job Requirements:

• Secondary school is preferred 中學程度
• Minimum 7 years of experience 最少七年相關工作經驗
• Good communication skills with patience and diligence personality 具備良好的溝通能力，耐心勤奮
• Sound knowledge of chemicals and cleaning procedures 認識適用的化學物料和清潔程序
