Are you ready to stand out among the next-generation of hospitality leaders? We are looking for Commis I (Pastry Kitchen) at Food & Beverage Department:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate and participate in all food and beverage activities such as: Producing and preparing Pastry food products at the assigned hotel’s outlets and events held within or outside of the Hotel

  • Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the Pastry kitchen, work areas, kitchen utensils and other materials and equipment used by Pastry kitchen staff

  • Ensure that the preparation and quality of food provided are consistently maintained as per Hotel standards.

Job Qualification & Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Food and Beverage Operations in an establishment with service standard pitched at deluxe level, preferably with pre and post opening experience.
  • Excellent presentation, counseling and presentation skills.
  • Fluent spoken Cantonese and preferably English.
