Job Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate and participate in all food and beverage activities such as: Producing and preparing Pastry food products at the assigned hotel’s outlets and events held within or outside of the Hotel
Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the Pastry kitchen, work areas, kitchen utensils and other materials and equipment used by Pastry kitchen staff
Ensure that the preparation and quality of food provided are consistently maintained as per Hotel standards.
