Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
• Assist guests with reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests.
• Provide detailed information about the menu, including recommendations and dietary options.
• Address to Manager any guest concerns or complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless service.
• Collect feedback from guests to improve service quality.
• Promote the restaurant's loyalty programs and special offers.
• Share stories and cultural elements of Indian culture to enhance the dining experience and educate guests about the rich heritage of Indian cuisine.

Requirements

• F 5 or Higher Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is an advantage
• Relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel or in similar capacity is an advantage
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Proficiency in Hindi, Putonghua and Cantonese is an advantage
• High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
