The Kowloon Cricket Club a premier sports club in Hong Kong is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the above position:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Chinese kitchen to ensure smooth service and consistent performance.
- Manage the preparation and presentation of dishes to deliver high-quality Cantonese cuisine in line with Club's standards.
- Plan and create Chinese menus and / or seasonal promotion menus, including developing and documenting recipes.
- Monitor the food quality, and portion control to maintain the hygiene and cleanliness standards and meet compliance requirements.
- Train, mentor, and develop staffs to deliver high-quality services.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant experience with at least 4 years supervisory experience.
- Part-time or temporary assignments will also be considered towards the above experience requirements.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good Command in English and Cantonese.
- Self motivated, creative and able to work independently.
- Strong working knowledge of Food & Beverage Operations.
