Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop education and leisure programmes aligned with market trends, community needs and YMCA Mission.
- Monitor programme performance, prepare regular reports, and oversee daily operations and administration.
- Liaise with part-time instructors and partners to ensure high-quality programme delivery.
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns for sustainability and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Handle enquiries and provide logistic support.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above
- At least 2 years relevant working experience, able to work with different cultures;
- Experience in organising programmes for young children is an advantage;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Strong planning and organisational skills; able to prioritise work and manage multiple projects
