Sales Manager - Corporate

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for direct sales solicitation on specific international geographic markets and local, RFP accounts for FITs and group business, conventions and associations
• Increase the hotel’s market penetration through development and implementation of effective business, marketing, and sales plans
• To direct sales activities of the hotel to achieve budgeted goals (FIT and Group business)
• Work directly with regional distributors to develop and manage the opportunity pipeline and drive revenue to hit target
• Preparing regular analysis of market information in corporate market to Hong Kong

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Business Management
• At least 3 years hotel room sales business experience
• Good team player, self-motivated and results-oriented
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager - Corporate
