Order Taker (Laundry)

Reponsibilities:

• Answer and follow up on telephone calls, take guest laundry orders promptly
• Arrange Valet Runner to pick up all the guest laundry promptly
• Compute and prepare the guest laundry, dry cleaning and pressing charges
• Keep record of all laundry and dry cleaning processed and maintain production report on a daily basis

Requirements:

• 2 years relevant experience would be an advantage
• Good customer service skills and telephone skills
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
