Guest Relations Officer

We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Guest Relations Officer, we rely on you to:

• Understand guest preference and provide quality services
• Greet all VIP guests and bit farewell, and provide a smooth and seamless check in and check out experience
• Handle guests’ inquiries and actively collect feedback from guests
• Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to Hotel’s policies and procedures

We are looking for someone who has:

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year experience in the Hotel or Service Industry
• Self-motivated and well-organized
• Outgoing, customer oriented and self motivated individual
• Strong communications skills and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of spoken English and Putonghua
