Reservations Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily reservations operations and ensure smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders;
• Handle hotel reservations and booking enquiries from various channels in accordance with hotel policies and InterContinental brand standards;
• Provide on-the-job training, guidance and assistance to support team management and enhance service quality and guest satisfaction;
• Monitor market demand, group bookings, and room availability, and support the Head of Revenue Management in revenue optimization strategies;
• Prepare daily and monthly reports;
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holders in hospitality management or related studies;
• 4 years of working experience in hotel reservations with a minimum of 1 year at supervisory level;
• Familiarity with Opera PMS and reservation systems;
• Good organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skills are a must;
• Excellent communication skills with good command of spoken and written English & Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage;
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
