Administrative Executive - Culinary

What you will do:

  • Provides administrative support to Division Head and ensures the implementation of hotel policies, standards, and procedures as they apply to the administrative functions
  • Prepare the relevant materials for all meetings attended by the Division Head: Daily Operations Meeting, Executive Committee Meetings, Departmental Meetings and ad hoc meetings
  • Answers telephone and give information to callers or routes call to appropriate official and places outgoing calls
  • Handles guest and associate enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up
  • Strictly adheres to rules and regulations established in the Associate Guide and the hotels policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety

Qualifications

What you should have:

  • Preferably with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
  • Preferably with 1 year of working experience in hotel industry
  • Good communication skills and high proficiency in language skills
  • A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
