Technical Manager / Chief Engineer (E&M)

Job Duties:

• In charge and provide recommendations for daily operations and maintenance
• Assist to report and schedule contractors for preventative maintenance to limit the downtime for all critical issue
• Experience in Apartments / Hotel / Property Management environment in relation to the maintenance or renovation is a plus
• Prepare annual maintenance budget
• Lead or participate in other ad hoc tasks whenever necessary

Requirements:

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong leadership and effective communication skills
• Self-disciplined and detail minded
• A minimum 7 years' relevant working experience
• Able to work independently and self-motivated

Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Manager / Assistant Chief Engineer
