Assistant Communications Manager

We are looking for talented applicants with enthusiasm, passion, positive service attitude and outstanding interpersonal and communications skills to fill this exciting position.

Key Accountabilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international media
• Pitch stories and secure quality media coverage
• Prepare press materials including press releases and media kits
• Support copywriting, editing, and proofreading of PR materials
• Coordinate press events, campaigns, photo shoots, and filming
• Handle media enquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor press coverage and compile reports
• Maintain PR assets and photo library
• Uphold and enhance the brand image of The Peninsula Hong Kong

General Requirements:

• Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ PR experience, preferably in hospitality or luxury brands
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
• Strong writing and media relations skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Well-organised, proactive, and a strong team player
