Responsibilities
Client Needs Analysis & Fact-Finding
Conduct client meetings/calls (or coordinate through the team) to understand financial goals, risk needs, and long-term planning requirements.
Sales & Relationship Management
Support long-term insurance sales activities (e.g., life/long-term insurance products as applicable).
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring service quality and responsiveness.
Follow up on leads, enquiries, and renewals to support conversion and retention objectives.
Proposal & Portfolio Preparation
Prepare and compile detailed proposal packs and product portfolios tailored to clients’ needs.
Ensure proposal documents are accurate, complete, and aligned with approved selling processes, product disclosures, and internal templates.
Coordinate with different teams in the bank to ensure smooth proposal submission and follow-up.
Administrative & Sales Support
Maintain proper records of client interactions, proposal documents, and sales progress.
Support sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and ongoing management information (MI) requirements.
Requirements
University graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related discipline
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in bancassurance/insurance business at supervisory level in banks, financial institutions or insurance companies
Passed in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 or equivalent)
Presentable, Independent, self-motivated and effective team player
Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
Strong computer skill and proficient in using AI tools
