Senior Business Planning & Performance Management Manager - Branch Distribution & Services

Responsibilities

• Assist to develop and monitor the branch sales performance management and reward management system, and develop sales, business and portfolio analytics as well as develop business models
• Deliver timely and quality MIS reports for management review and monitoring
• Perform ad-hoc business analyses and participate in the development of the sales management systems and tools
• Develop various sales tactical programs to boost branch sales performance
• Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity

Requirements

• University Graduate, with 10 years’ experience in banking sector
• Organized, independent and a team player with leadership
• Sound knowledge in retail banking products
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Strong communication, analytical and project management skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua
