About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, Pool Services, you will oversee the daily operations of the pool area, ensuring exceptional guest experience, seamless food & beverage service delivery, and high standards of cleanliness in accordance with luxury hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee daily pool operations to ensure safety, cleanliness, and seamless guest service.
• Lead and manage poolside food and beverage services and cleaning operations to maintain the luxury service standards of the hotel.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle guest enquiry, feedback and resolve issues professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory and maintain proper stock level of poolside supplies and F&B items to ensure the operation readiness and efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support efficient daily operations.
• Perform any other duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisors.

About You

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in hotels, resorts, clubs, or food & beverage operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of pool operations, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about guest service with the ability to handle guest feedback professionally.
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus.
