Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead and manage a team of 3–4 junior sales to achieve sales targets for assigned insurance products (long-term insurance).
Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to junior sales to improve sales effectiveness and professionalism.
Conduct regular team briefings to align on priorities, pipeline status, and key client needs.
HNW Client Servicing & Relationship Management
Manage and oversee sales engagement for HNW clients, including building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Ensure the team provides a superior service standard (timely follow-ups, proactive service updates, and accurate proposals).
Oversee end-to-end client journey: needs assessment, suitability/disclosure compliance, proposal presentation, and policy servicing support.
Sales Planning, Scheduling & Pipeline Control
Prepare and manage the team schedule (appointments, client meetings, follow-ups, and internal coordination).
Maintain visibility of the sales pipeline and ensure timely progress for leads, proposals, and renewals.
Ensure proper client documentation is completed and proposal packs are prepared according to client needs and internal standards.
Daily and Weekly Reporting
Compile, review, and submit daily and weekly sales reports, including:
pipeline status (leads/quotes/proposals/close rates)
appointments and client meeting outcomes
proposals submitted and proposals pending
renewals and follow-up actions
key issues and escalation items
Present performance insights and recommend actions to improve conversion and client coverage.
Requirements
University graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related discipline
Minimum of 3 years' experience in bancassurance/insurance business at supervisory level in banks, financial institutions or insurance companies
Passed the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 or equivalent)
Sales Leadership: Proven experience leading a sales team or managing sales performance for a portfolio.
Client Relationship Management: Strong capability to serve HNW clients, build trust, and maintain senior-client relationships.
Strong computer skill and proficient in using AI tools
Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
