What are you supposed to do for us? 你需要負責什麼? 

  • Responsible for all production functions and processes for cuisine;
  • Maintain high standards day-to-day operations in the Airport Lounge and food presentation;
  • Formulate menus in line with customer expectations;
  • Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces.
  • 預備及烹煮菜式;
  • 維持日常機場貴賓室廚房營運順暢及食物擺設完好;
  • 根據客戶期望設計並更新菜單;
  • 保持廚房整潔,確保運作順暢及有效率。

What prerequisites must be met for us to like you? 讓我們眼前一亮的條件?

  • 4 to 10 years’ relevant experience in which exposure in Lounges / Hotels / restaurants is preferable;
  • Good knowledge of Western/Multinational cuisine;
  • Service-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good communication skills in Cantonese and fair English are preferred;
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
  • 4至10年烹飪經驗,曾任職酒店或高級餐廳優先;
  • 熟悉西式/跨國菜式烹飪;
  • 勤奮,守時,有禮及有責任感,有良好溝通技巧及人際關係;
  • 良好粵語及一般英語;
  • 可即時上班優先。
