Guest Relations Officer

Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous, professional and efficient service at all times 
  • Be responsible for providing check-in and check-out
  • Respond to guest requests’ efficiently
  • Actively promote Hotel’s facilities and services
  • Establish great connection with guest to build up positive guest relationship 

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management or related discipline
  • Willingness to take up challenges in different roles of front office operations (Front Desk / Residence Lounge)
  • Courteous, service-oriented with pleasant personality
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications and Opera System
