About the Role

As a Pool Concierge – Server (泳池侍應生), you will deliver personalized guest service by hosting and assisting guests at the poolside while providing food & beverage service in accordance with luxury hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests to ensure an enjoyable and relaxing poolside experience.
• Provide professional food & beverage service with high-quality hotel service standards.
• Introduce menus, recommend beverages, and serve food and drinks to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the poolside dining and seating areas.
• Replenish pool supplies and support daily operation as assigned by the supervisors.
• 款接客人，確保客人享有舒適愉悅的泳池服務及餐飲體驗。
• 以優質極緻酒店服務標準提供專業餐飲服務。
• 向客人介紹餐牌、推介飲品及特式美饌。
• 保持泳池餐飲及服務區域整潔及衛生。
• 補充泳池用品，並協助上級執行日常營運工作。

About You

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hotel, restaurant, lounge, or food & beverage service operations.
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent guest service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Basic command of spoken English and Chinese.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• 具一年或以上酒店、餐廳、酒廊或餐飲服務相關工作經驗。
• 對酒店服務行業充滿熱誠，並致力提供優質顧客服務。
• 具良好溝通及人際交往技巧。
• 主動積極、具責任感，並能獨立工作。
• 具基本英語及中文會話能力。
• 願意輪班工作，包括週末及公眾假期。
