What are you supposed to do for us?

What are you supposed to do for us?

• Supervise a Food & Beverage teams, maintain the high level of hygiene and quality standard
• Assist in restaurant duties to ensure a daily operation, including food preparation & display, orderings taking and servicing, table setup etc
• Handle customers relations, complaints and develop good relationship
• Liaise closely with kitchen and bar teams.
• Prepare weekly work schedules
• Assist Managers to provide training to the team members

What prerequisites must be met for us to like you?

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, with 1 years of experience in supervisory role
• Service-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of spoken Chinese and English
