F&B Server

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations of the Society and terrace area
• To serve food & beverage to our guests in a western dining setting
• Act as the communicator between kitchen, management and waiters/ waitresses
• Ensure that all dining staff are informed of the restaurant’s policies and are knowledgeable about daily specials and menu items
• Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and that tableware and silverware are properly in place and clean
• Handle job tasks when assigned to all locations within Yulan’s parent company
• Responsible for all work assignments related to the nature of F&B service
• To perform any duties assigned by the Hotel Management Team deemed necessary

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years related experience
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
