Pilot Community Mental Health Support Programme in District Health Centre (Tuen Mun)
Responsibilities:
- To provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the project, ensuring effective coordination and smooth day-to-day operations;
- To assist in project administration and management, including preparation of project plans, progress updates, review papers, and evaluation reports for internal management and external stakeholders;
- To support accounting and financial administration, including procurement processes, expense claims, budget monitoring, and preparation of financial statements and reports;
- To handle and manage service and case-related data, including data collection, verification, consolidation, basic analysis, and preparation of statistics and summaries for reporting and monitoring purposes;
- To prepare documentation and materials for meetings, committees, and presentations, including agendas, minutes, briefing papers, and follow-up actions;
- To coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including liaison, scheduling, documentation, and administrative follow-up for project activities and engagement initiatives;
- To support research and project-related tasks, including subject interviews, data collection, data management, and analysis, as required;
- To oversee routine office administration and clerical functions, including record-keeping, filing systems, database management, and general office support; and
- To carry out other duties as required by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Degree or above, preferably in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Psychology, Public Health, or related disciplines;
- Candidates with a Higher Diploma or Associate Degree will also be considered if possess at least 5 years of substantial and relevant administrative experience;
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in administrative, project coordination, or executive support roles; experience in NGO, healthcare, mental health, or community service settings is an advantage;
- Strong experience in project administration, documentation, and report preparation; ability to handle data and prepare analytical summaries is highly preferred;
- Solid knowledge of financial and procurement procedures, budgeting, and administrative controls;
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data management tools;
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders;
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese; ability to draft professional reports and correspondence in English is required, and
- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
