OK Finance - Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed branch sales targets for consumer loan products in line with the overall business growth objectives
• Lead from the front – actively generate new business leads through walk-in customer, outbound calls, local promotions, and partnership referrals to build a robust sales pipeline
• Develop and implement monthly/quarterly sales strategies and promotion programs
• Coach, motivate, and supervise branch staff to maximise individual sales performance, conduct performance reviews, and on-the-job training to enhance cross-selling and upselling skills
• Drive customer acquisition and retention by ensuring high-quality service
• Collaborate with credit and operations teams to balance sales growth with credit loss control – ensure loan approval decisions are compliance with company credit policies
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Periodically review branch control procedures with related departments to streamline processes that support faster loan disbursement and better customer experience

Incumbent Requirements:

• Form 5 / Matriculated or above – Degree holder preferred
• At least 5 years’ experience in finance / banking, specifically in consumer finance or retail lending, with minimum 2 years at supervisory level and a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Sales-driven mindset – energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented; comfortable with hands-on lead generation and performance pressure
• Strong people management and coaching skills – ability to transform a service-oriented team into a high-performing sales team
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills – able to present loan solutions persuasively to customers and lead team by example
• Familiar with branch operations, loan application processing, and credit assessment – knows how to shorten sales-to-disbursement cycle without compromising quality
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
