Job Requirements:
- Assist in analyzing room revenue performance, including occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and RevPAR
- Prepare and maintain regular revenue reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and support basic forecasting activities
- Support pricing and inventory decisions through analysis of booking pace, demand trends, and historical data
- Conduct competitor rate checks and assist with market and benchmarking reports
- Work closely with Sales, Reservations, Front Office, and Finance teams to support revenue-related initiatives
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency across PMS, RMS, and related systems
- Assist in identifying revenue opportunities and potential risks, and support the preparation of recommendations
- Support report enhancement, basic automation, and ad-hoc revenue analysis projects as assigned
Job Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in revenue management, business analysis, finance, or hotel operations (hospitality experience is an advantage)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with good attention to detail
- Willingness to learn revenue systems, tools, and analytics concepts
- Familiarity with Copilot or similar AI‑enabled office tools is an advantage
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage
