3-month Summer Finance Intern

The Repulse Bay is seeking 3-month Summer Finance Intern to support the daily operations of Finance Department.

Key Accountabilities

• Support daily accounting functions including data entry and filing
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes
• Prepare simple financial reports and reconciliation schedules
• Coordinate with internal departments on finance-related matters
• Provide administrative support to the Finance team

General Requirements

• Undergraduate student in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Strong numerical sense with good attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn
• Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
