Job Responsibilities

• Meet the revenue targets in accordance with the company’s annual sales goals.
• Develop collecting customers in need of overseas bank accounts and handle RMB settlement business for them.
• Fully understand enterprise users’ demands for payment solutions, maintain acute market insight, formulate corresponding payment strategies based on market dynamics, and optimize internal products and processes.
• Analyze transaction data on a regular basis, provide valuable information for enterprise users, solve customers’ payment problems, and enhance the customer service experience.
• Be responsible for the full-life-cycle services of enterprise users and resolve various problems encountered by customers at different development stages.
• Establish contact with potential customers through various channels, conduct effective on-site visits on schedule and in quantity, explore customer demands, and follow up, develop and convert industry customers by combining online and offline methods.
• Manage personal performance effectively and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner according to sales progress and changes in the external market.
• Maintain continuous sensitivity to and track all types of information in industry-related fields, feed back and put forward suggestions in a timely manner, and explore and promote new business cooperation models.
