Regent Experience Agent - Valet

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Driving, parking and retrieving of vehicles for hotel guests and patrons
• Observation of rules and regulations, road safety and courtesy
• Reporting any breakdown, accidents, missing accessories in the cars and to his superior as well
• Logs down and reports damages noted to cars prior to valet parking, make sure that manager on duty is properly informed about the damages noted
• Assist the doorperson to handle the door, when necessary
• Must be able to assist in washing hotel cars and other facilities when it is needed
• Assuring that valet parking service and control procedures are properly observe
• Assist arriving and departing guests by opening and closing car and taxi doors
• Provide information to guests about the hotel facilities and services
• Perform any tasks as assigned by the Management

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Fluency in Cantonese and English
• Possessing professional driver license
• In-depth knowledge on transportation operations
