Assistant Chief Steward 助理總管事

The Repulse Bay is seeking for an Assistant Chief Steward to support the daily operation of the Food & Beverage department. 淺水灣影灣園誠聘助理總管事，以配合餐飲部的日常運作。

Key Accountabilities 主要職責

• Lead and manage overall stewarding operations to ensure smooth and efficient F&B support. 領導及管理整體管事部運作，確保餐飲後勤支援順暢高效。
• Maintain top standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance across all areas. 確保各區域達致最高衛生、清潔及法規合規標準。
• Supervise, develop, and manage stewarding team performance and manpower planning. 管理、培育及規劃管事團隊人手與表現。
• Oversee resources, inspections, and cost control to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement. 監督資源運用、巡查及成本控制，推動營運效率及持續改善。

General Requirements 職位要求

• Preferable with 5 years relevant experience 具5年相關經驗者優先
• F.5 level or equivalent education and qualification 需F.5程度或同等學歷
• Shift duty is required 需輪班工作
