Assistant Manager, Securities (US Stock Trading - Night Shift)

- Handle dedicated hotlines for HK and global stock trading services, transaction reconciliation, and fund transfers for clients.
- Execute contingency plans for global stock trading operations as needed.
- Provide dedicated support for electronic US stock trading services.
- Receive and draft responses to customer inquiries regarding US stock trading services.
- Participate in system enhancement UAT and implementation health check.
- Assist in formulating and implementing rules and regulations related to overseas stock trading.
- Degree holder or equivalent qualification at Hong Kong Qualifications Framework Level 5.
- Shift work is required to primarily cover US stock trading hours.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in banking or the financial industry with at least 2 years of customer services experience in financial institutions.
- Proactive, adaptable, with excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is preferred.
- Qualified under SFO for carrying out Regulated Activities Type 1, 4 is preferred.
