Responsibilities
- Act as Responsible Officer of IA and MPFA to carry out full compliance and operation functions to ensure the Company adheres to relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Drive and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share for I&I products
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve operational excellence and sales targets
- Build a high-caliber sales team from the ground up, focus on recruiting licensed RMs and Insurance Specialists directly from the market
- Establish clear performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide ongoing on-the-job coaching to enhance team competencies
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and emerging market trends within the wealth management sector
- Participate in product development to enrich the service platform, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and client-centric
- Provide cross-functional wealth management planning insights, integrating products from across the company to deliver holistic solutions
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, partners and distributors
- Uphold a strong sales discipline, ensuring all activities are conducted in strict adherence to regulatory requirements and Group policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related disciplines
- 10+ years of progressive experience in business development within the financial services industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
- Pass HKSI and IIQE Licensing requirements
- Extensive client network and highly resourceful within the industry
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving team growth
- Deep understanding of wealth management, product structuring, and market trends
- Proven ability to mentor, train, and motivate sales teams to elevate performance and service standards
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
