Deputy Relationship Manager (Asset Custody)

Job Description:

• Promote custody service and related services to institutional and corporate clients in relation to various fund and investment products
• Assist to finish custody account opening and general settlement enquiry
• Manage, develop and retain quality client relationship
• Drive and grow business from both existing and potential clients
• Manage client relationship and identify potential business opportunity
• Work closely with different business units in the Bank and Head Office for cross-selling of custody services.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above with a major in Finance, Economics, Business or Banking related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in custody, securities or banking industry
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Relationship Manager
• Familiar with financial products in Hong Kong, such as private fund, stock and bond, knowledgeable in CCASS, Euroclear/Clearstream, CMU, QFI, QDII and Bond Connect
• Attention to details, independent with critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Willing to learn and able to work under tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Possession of HKMA/SFC Type 1 or Type 4 license is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
