Supervise dedicated hotlines for global stock trading services, transaction reconciliation, and fund transfers for private banking clients.
Oversee emergency overseas stock trading services for retail clients.
Monitor market opportunities for overseas stock business expansion and assist in promotional planning.
Participate in system enhancement UAT and implementation health check.
Review and supervise the implementation of regulations related to overseas stock operations.
Assist in handling compliance and regulatory inquiries.
University degree or above, or equivalent qualification at Hong Kong Qualifications Framework Level 5.
Shift work is required to cover US stock trading hours.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial institutions.
Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is preferred.
Qualified under SFO for carrying out Regulated Activities Type 1, 4 is preferred.
