Regent Experience Agent - Concierge

  • Assist guests with travel arrangement, itinerary planning, visa application and transportation requests.
  • Provide updated recommendations on restaurants, shopping areas and tourist attractions.
  • Assist guests with luggage storage, pick-up and delivery of parcels, newspaper and messages.
  • Welcome and bid farewell to all hotel guests at the main entrance
  • Assist Regent Experience Agent - Door to manage the door and main entrance, when necessary
  • Ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor / manager

Required Skills

  • 1 year of relevant experience in Concierge Department of luxury Hotels; fresh graduated is also welcome
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Reliable, customer-oriented and self-motivated team player with strong communication skills.
  • Good team player with positive attitude
