About the Role

As a Horizon Club Host, you will be managing the key aspects of executive lounge operations to ensure a smooth and personalized experience aligned with Shangri-La’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Efficiently manage check-ins, check-outs, and F&B service in the Lounge.
• Document guest preferences and handle special arrangements upon request.
• Assist with travel-related needs such as airline bookings, transportation, and city tours.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

About You

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
• At least 1 year of experience in Hotel or Service Industry, preferably in the Front Office Department or Airline Operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented, outgoing, and self-motivated personality.
• Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
