AVP/VP - System and Date Management, Asset Custody Department

Responsibilities

• Manage custody system requirements and related enhancement requests

• Manage and coordinate software development teams in China, ensuring alignment with custody project goals

• Work closely with business users, IT teams and vendors to support system delivery and issue resolution

• Monitor project progress, address technical or delivery roadblocks, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards

• Support other custody system related projects and daily issues

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science or related disciplines

• Relevant experience in banking, custody, fund services or financial systems projects

• Good understanding of system development lifecycle and requirement management

• Strong communication and coordination skills, with ability to work across business and IT teams

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager / Manager
