麵包烘焙師 (工作地點: 港島西)
Job Description:
Responsible for daily bread, pastries production
Responsible to daily operation such as food preparation, dough making, lamination, kneading, baking, molding etc.
Enforcing strict personal and food hygiene standards in our kitchen
Prepare all food items in a sanitary and timely manner
Enforcing on quality control of all bakery products
Ensuring the production volume is sufficient to meet demand
Job Requirement:
At least 2 years’ relevant experience in bakery industry
Comprehensive knowledge of bakery procedure and central kitchen operation
Passionate in bakery production and bread-making
Detailed oriented, neat and organised
Courteous customer service, punctual, responsible
Proficiency in spoken English and Chinese is a plus
Hard-working and self-motivated with good attitude
