Chef de Cuisine - Grill Room (Fine-Dining) (5-day Work)

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee the daily operations of Grill Room Kitchen, coordinate with Pastry Team to ensure the food quality, cost and food safety standards are consistently met.
  • Design menus with the Executive Chef.
  • Implement standard recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation to ensure high food quality.
  • Implement controls to minimize food and supplies' wastage.
  • Develop the team by providing on-the-job and departmental training to subordinates.
  • Engage and build relations with Club Members, check and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Ensure that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times.
