Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee the daily operations of Grill Room Kitchen, coordinate with Pastry Team to ensure the food quality, cost and food safety standards are consistently met.
- Design menus with the Executive Chef.
- Implement standard recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation to ensure high food quality.
- Implement controls to minimize food and supplies' wastage.
- Develop the team by providing on-the-job and departmental training to subordinates.
- Engage and build relations with Club Members, check and ensure their satisfaction.
- Ensure that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times.
