Develops a business plan and sales strategy for customer referral agencies that directly supports the attainment of the Company’s revenue goals and profitability
Responsible for the management of performance and development of new business acquisition channels to ensure revenue generation targets are met or exceeded
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans and incentive schemes to improve penetration of consumer finance markets, thereby increasing sales volume and revenue
Assists in implementation of marketing plans as needed to support lead generation and revenue conversion
Provides market intelligence as input to products and process improvements for branches and customer referral agencies to enhance sales effectiveness and revenue outcomes
Handles customer complaints in a professional way to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, directly contributing to customer retention and repeat revenue
Incumbent Requirements:
Form 5 / Matriculation or above
Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing a sales team within the consumer finance/bank industry
Solid understanding of consumer finance market dynamics
Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet targets
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager)
