Manager, Sales and Credit Operations

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for customer referral agencies that directly supports the attainment of the Company’s revenue goals and profitability
  • Responsible for the management of performance and development of new business acquisition channels to ensure revenue generation targets are met or exceeded
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans and incentive schemes to improve penetration of consumer finance markets, thereby increasing sales volume and revenue
  • Assists in implementation of marketing plans as needed to support lead generation and revenue conversion
  • Provides market intelligence as input to products and process improvements for branches and customer referral agencies to enhance sales effectiveness and revenue outcomes
  • Handles customer complaints in a professional way to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, directly contributing to customer retention and repeat revenue

 

Incumbent Requirements:

  • Form 5 / Matriculation or above
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing a sales team within the consumer finance/bank industry
  • Solid understanding of consumer finance market dynamics
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • (Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager)
